Enjoyed their clothes, but won't be going back. Staff are extremely condescending and unhelpful. Retail and online stores also aren't connected and have different return policies. Beware!
Clothes are very nice. However, their staff is rude and unprofessional. They will not spend time on their customers.
The team here is phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me courier a same-day gift.
Clothing is a bit pricey, but they're extremely cute and chic with a distinctively sweet style. Sales staff are really helpful in hunting specific pieces and suggesting how to put together full outfits, and are honest if certain items or looks aren't recommended. My kiddo has received lots of compliments on her Jacadi clothes, and every time I'm there it makes me wish they made them in adult sizes.
Absolutely 0 customer service I was at this location on friday nov 6 around 6pm 2 people standing in the the store I walked in with my husband and didn't even get a simple hello we both felt very uncomfortable since we have shopped over the phone with Oakville location and did a curbside pickup and we had a very pleasant experience. We didn't feel welcome so I lost my excitement to shop I only picked up some socks since my little guy was in need of new pair and that was it.
Staff is very rude and unhelpful. Store was empty and there were 3 sales people on the floor and none of them came to help or answered any of my questions. I bought a couple of items and was treated like it was an inconvenience.Consider the Yorkville location, customer service is much more professional.
I love coming here ! Always great service. If they dont have an item in they often get it in the next day or two from their Yorkville location for you ... prices have dropped this year I noticed and clothing is very well made!
I love the clothes here, but really struggle with their return policy. I can't purchase anything without taking my kids to try everything on. I find it very inflexible and inconvenient.
Love the quality. They have items that are unique that others stores do not carry.
