Be warned: Ticks everywhere!! I have never seen so many ticks in one place. I pulled 8 of them off my dog in the matter of an hour. Otherwise a beautiful state park. Sunrises over Green Bay, central time zone. A very unique region for Michigan.

We rode in bike packing and had accidentally reserved the handicap site...the lady at the desk was very nice she circled all open sites and let us to pick a site that would fit our hammocks the best...Beautiful park right on the lake..I fell asleep to the sound of the lake on the shore...very clean facility you can tell they take pride in their grounds...would ten out of ten stay at this park again when passing through

Great campground on the water! Newer playground. Large, clean bathhouse.
