Last winter we had a major problem with our furnace. Fixing it was proving to be very expensive with another company in Slave Lake. After a $600.00 bill for two service calls and no solution we thought we needed a new furnace and all new duct work. We called Randy for a second look and a quote on a new furnace. He came out to our house and took one look at our furnace. Came back the next day and in 15 minutes had us up and running on our existing equipment. He explained that our furnace was only 5 years old and did not need replacing. He went on to explain that our duct work was fine and all we needed was some air returns in some rooms. What could have been a ten thousand dollar bill became one well under one thousand. It is a joy to find a fair and reasonable trades man. Thanks for the great job Randy. We are in your debt!
