This company was the plumbing contractor at our development. Months later, after the warranty had expired and when we tried to 'winterize' the garage water pipelines, we discovered that their techs had installed the garage water pipelines - upside down! The company fixed the problem with no charge. However, we were astounded that the mistake was made in the first place.
I had a broken Water Heater in the middle of winter and one of my friends recommended Capital Mechanical and its been amazing working with them. They were thorough professionals, got my appointment scheduled quickly and had the problem taken care of in a timely manner. Derek was very informative, even though it was a matter of replacing a broken part, he checked all other aspects of the heater to ensure its not a bigger problem. Derek and his team have been really helpful and I am glad I chose Capital Mechanical.Service: Water heater repair
