Spent over a grand for what should of been a 400$ fix at most, mechanics threw parts at it like they were free instead of diagnosing the problem properly the first time. Bike was in and out of the shop for over two months before finally being “fixed” though I havnr put enough km on it yet this time to know if they’ve fixed it properly this time. Don’t trust their mechanics work or their opinions. After I spent all that money there they even tried making more work for themselves by telling me other parts were worn or broken that were not, even tried to say a wheel bearing was bad that I had just replaced a week before (not to their knowledge). They are in it to get as much money out of their customers as they can and provide very sub par customer service and don’t seem to stand behind their work at all as I had to bring the bike in three times for the exact same problem and they never once offered to fix it right on the house or even for a discount. Terrible experience.

Charged me a lot of money and the bike still doesn't run well. First issue was that rather than properly diagnose the issue, they just ordered a part (which I had to pay for) and then when they really looked at the bike, realized it was something much simpler. Then on driving the bike home, I could not keep it from stalling. Took it back and they said they "forgot to tell me there was still another problem" with the bike. Not really sure why they let me take it away then. There's more to the story but the key part is that when I finally got the bike again, I was charged a lot of money and the bike still doesn't run well. I could go back and argue with them but lost confidence in them and instead I'm just going to take it somewhere else. I've talked to a few local bike owners since and it seems like is not an uncommon experience.

Took in my Polaris rzr for a new clutch, they stated they were unable to remove it, apparently it would not come off. I bought the tool to remove it myself, got the clutch off in maybe 5 minutes. I was charged for hours of labour, and after finally reaching someone after calling for 3 days they were rude, unhelpful and offered next to nothing back for a refund. Would not recommend, they will not have my service again.
