Well I guess Clearview Appliance doesn’t service all of Clearview. I mean with them only going as far as Cashtown Corners and us being a mere 4 minutes south, thank you for the very miserable customer service. When asked if they knew of any other companies that did the same line of work, the miserable lady on the phone was very helpful in saying a very literate and helpful “nope”. Apparently no one fixes gas stoves anymore according to her. Even if you are in the service area, I wouldn’t waste your time calling if you want to be made to feel like an unworthy source of potential business. As a business owner myself, I sincerely hope that was not the owner on the phone and moreover I hope they know what that person is costing their business. Even if they do not need the business, the age old saying applies, “people won’t remember what was said, they’ll remember how you made them feel”. Best of luck
Lynn was at my home last week repairing our built in refrigerator. The problem was diagnosed quickly , parts ordered and repaired within a week. Even more impressive, for some reason our ice maker stopped working after the visit. Lynn was here the next day to solve the problem. Very personable and knowledgeable man. Highly reccomend Clearview. Al Tulloch
Called for a quote as my $400 Keg Fridge is not cooling itself. They said to even come out it will be at least $1000. Lady who gave us the quote seemed miserable from the start. Guess I will be looking elsewhere
Have used Clearview for several appliance repairs - fridge, oven, washing machine. Generally quick and reasonable rates. Can't think of any complaints.
