I met my wife in Madrid and moved back to Minneapolis after my contract was up. Once we decided we wanted to get married, we had no idea what to do next. Jeff & Hanna helped us prepare our documents, explained the process to us in detail and even communicated with my wife in Madrid (7 hours ahead time difference and Hanna speaks Spanish) -- Jeff coached me along the way, explaining what would happen next, what the time frame would be, etc. A friend of ours got engaged to a foreigner and did the same process through "Wxxxx Law Group" in Mpls, now our friend lives with their spouse temporarily in the spouses country, because he was not allowed to return to the United States due to the flag in their visa process. Their whole life was put on hold due to not following the steps carefully. Needless to say, I was very cautious of this process and worried that an immigration lawyer would swindle me, Jeff told me EXACTLY what our options were, what the ramifications of other actions would be. He was honest, truthful, and endearing all throughout this process and I honestly felt a loss when our process was complete. He even emailed me when we got notice that her visa was accepted (I was at work and didn't see the letter) and he was genuinely excited and happy to tell me the good news. I worked with Jeff on filing to remove conditions on residence with a waiver for my good faith marriage ending in divorce. My marriage was terminated under a year, which made me very worried about the future consequences. Jeff exceeded all of my expectations: very experienced, professional, and competent in regards to this type of cases with the previous history of successful outcomes. He is brilliant, confident, understanding, genuine and upfront about what the process entail. He is personally invested into the case. Jeff always returned my emails/phone calls the same day and took extra time to answer my questions. Last but not the least, from the financial perspective, he is a reasonably priced attorney.
