Wonderful stay for me! I was in town for a few nights to see UST play and target field was just a short walk away. Plenty of places to eat around town and very well located. Bed was amazing and the rooms were very clean, highly recommend.

Rooms are nice. The service is wonderful. Not big on big(ger) cities, but if I had to stay... this is definitely where I'd want to do it.

The hotel is nice enough. What on earth is going on in Minneapolis though? Took a walk at about 7 pm and was constantly harassed by the bums. Almost got knifed when I got in between a street liquor salesman and his client. People calling us out just walking around. Watched a guy get sucker punched for no good reason. I am originally from Minneapolis so I'm not just some shocked out of towner. I get all big cities have these issues, some much worse than others. We're in downtown though, not some off the beaten path neighborhood.

The customer service is really poor. 1. request for fixing a desk lamp on the first day - no people come. On second night, another request - no people come. On the sixth night- finally come but this is our last night. The engineer stated that no people trying to contact him about this issue. The hotels system must have something wrong or very poor communication. or they even don’t care. 2. Order an room service on second night on 10:45 PM. They took the order but after 40 minutes no food came. Called the front desk, no people in the kitchen. finally front desk bought us an pizza arrived on 12:30 AM. Too late for any food, thank for the compensation but not acceptable for this kind of service. Especially the room service took last order on 11;00 PM. 3. The room was not cleaned on sixth day. found on 10:00 PM. Asked the front desk they stated that we had a “do not disturb” or the door around 9:00 AM. but we are pretty sure we didn’t because we are back from breakfast around 9:30 and no “ do not disturb” on the door. Set this aside, housekeeping should try to clean the room again in the afternoon if they cannot do it in the morning. Worst excuse ever. Finally they sent someone change the towel and sheets and shampoo. but the shower room and sink are not touched. the tissue are almost empty but housekeeper even didn’t check, through thirds six nights. not acceptable. 4. On the checkout day, the receipt was printed with last name, first name, address, and price wrong. (clearly that’s some system wrong because I can tell that’s part of my name and the room number is right) frontdesk states they don’t have my itinerary ( and they let me checked in with my last name wrong?) or any information of my reservation. Finally they printed the receipt about five times to make everything right, spelling my first name wrong with my ID on their hand. Unit price is wrong with details right. This is really not careful and not professional, especially with a manager beside. They even tried to state that they were not able to change my first name on the receipt (but my last name was revised, obviously an excuse). And they revised in a minute afterwards after realizing that they misspelled my first name. Overall, the worst experience in my life with hundreds of hotel stayed.

Great hotel. Love their breakfast. However, house keeping cleaned my room even though I left out the do not disturb sign AND they left my room door open.
