Been renting a unit there for over two years. Never had an issue. Even during heavy snowfall the facility is cleared for access. Friendly amd family owned that go out of their way to appreciate your business. Lighting and security cameras are very nice. Place is clean and very well maintained. Easy access to borders and nearby towns.
