Went out for a family birthday celebration grandmother's 90th!, and everything was fantastic. Food was great lots of options, service was as good as you would expect, and the setting of Benmiller Inn is wonderful.Food: 5/5
I just want to say that the Benmiller Inn has pivoted beautifully in the midst of a pandemic and with staffing shortages in the restaurant industry at an all time high. My meal and overnight stay were outstanding as they always have been. The service was top-notch and both of the waitresses friendly and helpful.. My room was amazing: clean, comfortable and with a view of the river. Thank you to the staff at the inn and restaurant.
We called on a Wednesday night to make dinner reservations for an upcoming night. After being asked if we were staying at the hotel and telling them no we are locals, we were told by front desk staff that they were full. The female receptionist didn’t know which night we were requesting dinner reservations for or what time we wanted to come in, she just kept repeating that they were full then hung up on us. We are double vaccinated FYI, and there was no communication from them that outside guests are not welcome. Best advice is to hire someone who has a little more tact and training than just repeating your restaurant is full, and maybe give an explain why. Very very poor service. Date of visit: October 2021
