I had no issues here. The staff, doctor and anyone else I had contact with were great. Very satisfied and it seemed clean and organized.

I called them earlier for yearly routine checkup appointment (which is supposed to be fully covered from my insurance). I went to them happily for the checkup. They wrote me couple of lab tests which costed me a good amount from my pocket (which I expected anyways). Later I got a significant amount of bill from them saying that the visit won't be covered by insurance. I called my insurance people about it & they told me the provider didn't bill it as routine checkup. When I tried to confirm it with Mike (he takes care of billing), he wasn't able to give me a satisfactory answer. One time he mentioned to me that he considered it as a checkup for school/work. Another time he mentioned to me that he considered it as new patient checkup. He later asked me to go to insurance for this. I am still paying routine + lab (almost 100%) from my pocket & decided not to continue with them. I am also going to ask my girlfriend not to go with them as I don't think they know what they are doing...disappointing!

Called about a non-emergency shoulder injury and after telling them I'd pay out of pocket because my insurance network was restricted to PA, I was hung up on.
