My experience with the Cayuga ENT exceeded my expectations. Suffering for several weeks with a virus, going to the doc. office twice, 2 different antibiotics..my throat became inflamed and swollen to the point it was difficult to swallow. I called the Cayuga ENT office to see if they could get me in to see a specialist. The receptionist was attentive and I was able to see Dr. Ruparelia the next day. My husband came with me and we both found Dr. Ruparelia to be very informative of the situation, his knowledge and expertise led to the right solution within days the swelling and pain were gone and I was relieved of all symptoms of the virus. Dr. Rupareilia took time to listen and then explain things in a professional way. I highly recommend this office for their concern and thoughtfulness to their patients.
