Carson's Gastropub & Pizzeria

Amazing food at reasonable prices! Interior definitely has that "just opened" vibe but it's comfortable and casual-classy. Beer lovers have an extensive microbrew menu to explore - crazy huge. The Carson's Signature Burger was amazing, and DO NOT MISS the opportunity to try the duck fries! They're "Oh my god" good. The Tuscan pizza was delicious thicker crust and less pesto than in Italy but otherwise very authentic. Can not wait to go back!

Awesome Food, Great Staff. I had a group of six with me on the patio. We had Jalapeño Poppers, Mozzarella Sticks and Garlic Fingers. I had a Carson’s Signature Burger with Fries, and a Beer Flight. The Beer Flight is 4, 5oz samplers of their beers. The Burger was delicious, Fries were amazing. Best appetizers I have ever had. 10/10 would do again

Ate here for dinner tonight. The restaurant clean modern look. A lot of options for locally made craft beer. Not just you standard pizzas so a lot of new combinations to try. The wings were amazing. The Ceasar salad and pizza were toddler approved. Can't wait to try another type of pizza later.

The deep dish pizza was delicious and very filling. Loved the big selection of craft beers they have on tap and the staff is really good. I'll definitely have to go back and try their other pizzas!

UPDATE 2022 We have since given Carsons another shot and ordered wings and pizza and a Caesar salad and it was all excellent!!! I'm glad we gave them another shot, must have been an off night/busy night when we first tried and had the bad experience but they have definitely redeemed themselves and we will be back again! *********************************** We were very disappointed! There was over an hour wait to begin but hey I'm ok with that if we were waiting on phenomenal food and it was also a Friday evening so I'll let that slide. My husband finally brings our 2 topping pizza and 1lb wings home, I open the box to a burnt and dried out pizza as well as dried out wings and all drums I might add, no flatties which are my fav. I give one star though as the carrot sticks were fresh and I did enjoy those. I'm not one to hold a grudge though and will definitely give them one more try maybe in a few months after they've gotten into a groove and have been open longer but for now I'll steer clear.

Awesome selection of craft beers, wines, and other drink selections! Fungi fries were to die for And their pizza and wings are a new favourite. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items!

Just ordered take out deep dish for the first time and I had to stop eating to write this review! I am in love Carson's you did a great job and the delivery driver was great. Will be back for sure.

Excellent service. Great food. We had the fried chicken pizza, the chicken wings, and the smoked cream cheese jalapeno poppers. All of which tasted great. We crushed the large pizza. They have an incredible selection of beer. Best of all the pricing is very reasonable considering the quality of food.

Had the Tuscan pizza, and wings they were Excellent! Great crust and fresh ingredients, on the pizza, the wings were crispy and had lots of meat and lots of sauce. I recommend.

Amazing pizza and wings, but so are their apps... homemade mozza sticks, jalapeño poppers... We were very excited to hear this place opened and now we have been ordering here exclusively since September 2020. Real, high quality ingredients and a superior pizza crust make this place a no-brainer. Their pizza can totally pass as a wood-oven made pizza. I also highly recommend getting their homemade garlic dipping sauce the next time you order a pizza !!
