Great plant based vegan food with variety of options. You can choose lunch option or order burger, vegan fish fillets, vegan desserts and smoothies. I love the vegan spareribs in my lunchbox.
The food was amazing! Real authentic Caribbean flavours, and 100% vegan! Simple food yet flavourful. The hot sauce is to die for! Check out this place if you’re looking for vegan food that feeds the soul!
Discovered this place at a food festival. Tried the restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Food was fresh and light. The Shepard's pie was delicious. There was so much variety in the build your own takeout tray.
My favourite take-out food restaurant in Toronto since November 2019 when a friend took me. I've taken two friends on separate occassions and its become their favourite as well. And we're not even vegan...lol. That is how good the food is, let alone healthy choices. Thank you Ital Vital!
SO FREAKING DELICIOUS! I have been here twice now and it has been exceptional both times. The food has so much flavour and the price for the quantity is amazing. The meat-like options are very close to the real deal in my opinion. Their hot sauce is great as well. Staff has been extremely friendly. Definitely will be back.
If you are vegetarian this is place is great. There are so many different options to create your box. All of them I've tried taste great. One of my favorite vegetarian places to visit.
I was welcomed by an adorable lady and the cakes are just fantastic! Even my husband who hadn't liked any vegan dessert so far absolutely loved them. Can't wait to try more items on the menu!
