It's A Bakery

Loved everything we got there! Coffee is great, the bakery is absolutely amazing. Best things we had were the brownie, the lemon square amd blueberry crumble. Come hungry- these treats are quite large. We tried various cookies and a few more bars and there were all absolutely delicious. Their iced lavender coffee was a treat. Will be 1000% coming-highly recommended!!

Great coffee, great bakery, great vibe. The only thing I didn’t like was they don’t have enough chairs and tables. The line is usually long and u have to wait for a long time just to get a coffee. But other than that perfect little bakery

Our caffeine crawl in Kelowna continues at "It's a Bakery". This cute little community cafe and bakery was the perfect place to start our journey. Lots of bike parking along the main bike pathway and lots of seating to enjoy an early morning coffee and pastry before we biked into town. There's even a small hike and nature walk that starts from its parking lot.

Generous Sandwiches, desserts, pastries, drinks. Inside/outside covered seating. Polite, friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Lots of parking.

Have tried various iced lattes at this coffee shop are all of them were excellent. All the baked goods are delicious, especially the macarons and cookies! Only criticism is the iced tea was a bit watered down the last few times I’ve been there, which hasn’t been the case in the past.

Quaint little bakery just off a traffic circle. Only three stars from me since the selection was minimal and the prices crazy. Wish I wouldn't have made the trek out here for this place.

It is NOT a bakery ! Dry Apple Fritter and very bad customer service. My sister took me here yesterday for a treat . I chose the apple fritter and it was dry and definitely NOT fresh . My sister had a bite and told me we should go back and maybe they could give me something else instead. A fellow with dark hair and a beard was quite rude to us when I told him it tasted dry and not fresh he said they buy them fresh and then freeze them and reheat them . He said it was because I had him warm it up and it likely dried out but it was barely warm and cold in the middle. He told me they are one of their best sellers and everyone else likes them . No apology or attempt to make it right. Both my sister and I walked out feeling quite sad that what should have been a nice experience really ruined the vibe and I deposited my fritter in the nearest garbage can .

Apple Fritter tasted “old” let the staff know and was informed fritters are not made by this company, they are purchased from another baker, are frozen, then put out for sale. There was zero effort to make it right. The best they offered was “you’re just not used to them” ????? That’s right friend, I’m not “used” to paying good money for an old fritter. Won’t be back.

On vacation and walking distance from this bakery, so I came every day. The coffee was inconsistent, tried cappuccino and americano. Baked goods were great fresh, but next day were cold and dry. It was fine.

It’s a deliciousness!!! Wow we happened to drive by and stop when we saw the cute little plaza and shop and boy where we delighted by some delicious baked goods! Try their cheese buns and their German pretzels they are amazing! Anything you get you can’t go wrong with!
