System is in dire need of a software upgrade. Live chat support during business hours would also be helpful.
By far one of the worst hosting providers out there. They constantly experience downtime and charge an arm and a leg for services that other companies offer at dirt cheap prices. They take at least 3 days to respond to any customer service requests. Stay away!
ISQ Solutions are reliable web hosting services provider with great support. They answered all my calls even when I called with all issues solved at time. Now my server is running great with no downtime.
Absolutely NEVER EVER EVER use this company. A client of mine has a hosting account with ISQ. Their website constantly goes down, the admin panels do not work and to top it all off over the past 2 months I've called over 30 times with no answer whatsoever. Honestly if they'd answer the phone I would change my mind.
