Place was hopping but we were shown to our seats within 5 minutes. The lobster club sandwich was REALLY good, such a step up from a lobster roll with just some mayo and coleslaw. I never knew bacon would go well with lobster but here we are. Think I ate about three pieces of bread total, but I didn't even realize until I was finished because it was that good. Nice thick bits of lobster. My parents got the fish and chips and I had a bite or two and can confirm that it was hot and fresh. Island view definitely knows their seafood. On top of that, they have a lovely view of the ocean and some seagulls. P.S. their haystack cookies the coconut ones with the cherries were AMAZING.

My family was looking for places to have dinner and a person at the resort we were staying at recommended this place to us, out of all the food we had on this trip it was the best and most affordable from all the places we went to! Atmosphere was beautiful as the windows have a perfect view of the water and the different islands and the time we were there we could see the sun slowly setting, absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and nice and funny too! The first time we went we dined in and we went back the next day and had take out instead and it was just as good! I recommend if your not a seafood lover like me the hamburger with fries and gravy, 5 stars!

What a little gem of a place. Outstanding food and service. Fresh baked bread coming out of the oven as we walked in. I had the chowder which was absolutely delicious and full of seafood and came with a just baked roll. My dining companions had the two hamburger Patties with gravy and onions. They just said wow! Super little place and the chowder was 12.00 and was way better than some I’ve had downtown at almost 20.00
Happened across this lovely place on a drive- the scallops were tender and perfectly fried, and the blueberry grunt was like magic- it’s a road trip must! Dietary restrictions: The menu has gluten free options listed- need to ask
