I switched from one of the Big 5 Banks and won't ever look back.  Island Savings Customer service is top notch especially Mill Bay Branch.   I always feel like an appreciated customer.

I've been a happy customer for twelve years, but their service has become extremely poor since the takeover. I have come very close to ending my relationship with this credit union who is behaving more and more like a commercial bank. 
I'm writing this because I cannot even reach them during opening hours ("currently closed" at 9:32 am) and have often not been called back. Voicemail is NOT customer service.

Wonderful customer service.  Once of the things I love that when I call the Mill Bay Branch, I get a person not an automated service with a list of options that takes forever to work though.
