I don’t bank here but have dealt with them on several occasions. I do my business, auto and possibly my home insurance (reason for my recent visit) here. They are all very polite and professional here and on each visit have always been asked if I can be helped promptly. The location is brand new and actually a very beautifully designed location. They have a nice customer lounge with comfortable seating. Free coffee and hot drinks are available on site as well. Terrific local business that I will happily recommend to others.

I cannot say enough about this location and the wonderful staff we have had the pleasure to work with. From reception, banking and insurance, everyone was kind and helpful and truly the best customer service we have experienced to date. Location pinpointed on Google Maps is old location (about 1.5 km away from actual location) even though the address is correct. Look up 49th Parallel Grocery instead if you want accurate directions.
