Overpriced, overrated and just an awful concept. You pay 5€ to get it, if you don’t have a reservation have fun looking for a sweat. You expect a rooftop view, but you get fake plants, ceiling made out of ropes, tents etc. absolutely no view over Frankfurt. At 10pm they turn down the music. There’s no table service you need to get you drinks and food. If you want to book a table they expect you to send 50€ per person. Everything is overpriced; 20€ for a Salad? Staff at the door is rude. I do not recommend coming here. There are better rooftops in Frankfurt, like Chicago Williams

Awesome place with good view, good Vibe and some tasty food. Must visit if you are in neighbourhood. 5 € entry cost, make sure to call and reserve to make sure you Dont have to wait.

We had a little company event with around 150 guests and all was perfect. Super nice staff and good food.

Bad experience overall. First you have to pay an entry fee which is okay but it comes without any service. We had to find a space to sit ourselves, there were no waiters what is the entry fee for then? If it doesn’t come with a service and we have to do everything ourselves it’s a bar not a club. Then they kept letting people in even though it was fully occupied and no space.

Worst experience ever. Arrived at 8pm, did not get a chance to order drinks until 8.30. Drinks finally arrived 15 mins later and we ordered our food. So the starters did not arrive until 10pm, 1hour and 15mins from order. When we asked the waitress what the holdup was we were told that there was parties that took precedence. 11pm and we still had not received our main course let alone the drinks we ordered 1hour ago. The manager was possibly one of the rudest people I've met in the hospitality industry, she was so unprofessional and would not engage with us as we tried on numerous occasions to find out where our food and drink was. Avoid at all costs, does not deserve your custom

We visited the Gaia rooftop with a group of 4. First disappointment was the entry fee of 5 EUR per person even though we had a dinner reservation and having a bottle of champagne beforehand. There are no servers taking the orders tableside, everything is self service at the bar. I ordered a bottle of Ruinart champagne and the barman didn't bother to give me a white cloth with the bucket neither did he open the bottle for us and we had to carry everything to the table. The food was okay, octopus slightly overcooked and chewy. The biggest audacity was that the waitress wasn't thankful for the tipp each one gave her individually with a split check and she was pushing for more. If a service is exceptional a higher Tip is in place but for this subpar service i feel it was even more than deserved. Experienced it once and never again.

The worst service in Frankfurt!! Visited about 3 months after it re-branded as Gaia. Table was booked for 8pm, we received food at hadn’t received food at 11:07pm! It’s ok, but nothing to get excited about. Severely understaffed. We felt very sorry for the 2 waitresses they had working in a very large restaurant. We even saw one of them crying behind a curtain they were so stressed. A tiny kitchen that was unable to copy with so many people. Why have such a big restaurant that is clearly unable to cope with so many covers?? The female manager is extremely unprofessional, rude & has no sense of customer service! We tried to talk to her multiple times but she was quite obviously ignoring us. In the end, we paid for the drinks & left at 23:30. Nicely decorated place, but the worst service I’ve ever had. Don’t listen to their advertisements, it’s certainly not what they promise!

Overpriced, you pay to enter, to drink no waiter came, so self service and 9.80 just an aperol and even to use the toilet. The views are not that great, the surrounding buildings are taller and tear up the experience

NOT RECOMMENDING!!! We booked a table with my friend and his family pregnant wife, kids and old mum and dad but couldn't enter the restaurant because the security or I don't know who rejected and yelling at us for no propper reason. The reason for not letting us in was that we are wearing sandals but at the time of booking there was no word about a dress code and other people in sandals could enter. So it was like discrimination or i don't know what!!!!
