Bought a car from them, it was listed as one price “payments will be” kind of deal and that was not the case when I actually bought the car. The day after I got the car, sensors were out. They were “fixed”…a week later, out again. The previous owner which was the car salesman that sold me this car failed to inform me that he had the windshield replaced. Also, I had a lease that they were supposed to take care of, yet I still get calls and notices from that dealership. I do not recommend this dealership.

I had an amazing experience here. Shay helped me when I arrived we picked out the car i wanted and she knew i was set in this one so she worked extra hard to get me approved for that car.Also, Carolina the finance manager was amazing to she gave me a step by step break down and ways to save money in my payment as well. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly ! Great place

I had a great experience with the service people who were extremely helpful. They were very sweet , especially Shay who didn’t force or rush us in our decision on buying the car, like most car dealerships. They took their time explaining every detail to us.

Island auto mall is an awesome dealership with more than enough selections for a single person, couple, family, or etc. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from here and was more than happy with what I left the showroom with! I worked with sales rep Anthony G and was very pleased with him as a sales rep and an overall person!! He’s not pushy, he’s not demanding and more than anything he was listening to what I wanted and what I didn’t want in a vehicle. I appreciate the wonderful customer service that he offered me. Because of Anthony’s customer service and personality he has gained a customer in me, my boyfriend and my aunt who came along. This is the place to go for a luxury and family vehicle. Overall everyone was pleasant to deal with!! Thank you Anthony G and Carolina from finance for helping me find peace in a beautiful suv!!! Anthony G is a great rep. Make sure to ask to see him. He provides excellent customer service, not pushy and goes above and beyond for his customers. I can’t express how excellent of a sales rep Olivia was to me... Both him an Vince made it they’re duty to give me the best deal. It took a lot of patience but these guys insist on giving me the best deal. I appreciate them for this. Also Catalina... she broke down all the details to me. I’ve had my shares of dealerships but they topped it!! It was worth every thing. I’m happy!!!!

Gerald Augustin has been a wonderful agent in getting my mom a surprise car. His patience with long awaits for DMV and honest intents to get us the car without any hassle are much appreciated! First off, I was a First time almost customer to this dealership. That changed when I was looking at a used infiniti m37x for $12,952. I called to confirm if the vehicle was still available and the secretary that answered the phone tells me the vehicle isn't ready yet and to call back next week. I decided to go ahead and still submit a credit app. After submitting my credit info to finance the vehicle like usual I get a call from a salesman informing that he has multiple offers on the vehicle and they were taking bids. They have it listed for $12k and said he has offers for $19k finance and $22k cash. I was pretty confused and stopped his fast talk to ask him....so I have to bid on this car?? He says yes...they have offers. All my years of buying cars I've known the process to be, whoever is approved or puts money down first is who gets it. This was a huge joke with a capital J and will never buy one tell as people as I know looking for vehicles to never go here.

Tried buying a BMW M3 they have listed for 53k when I called in, the sales rep was rude and sounded like he didn’t even want to sell the car. Then he tells me the online price is not the real price and added 15k in fees he could not justify- said it was a business and they need to make money. Then told me if I paid cash it would be more! I asked to speak to a manager and he said they have better things to do then take an offer on a car i wasn’t negotiating, i was going to write a check for the online price they are scammers and rude. Not sure how they are still open. STAY AWAY!!

Avoid this con dealership at all costs.  They lie to you about pricing. No one picks up the phone when you call.  When you walk into the dealership they hound you like a pack of wolves.  The place reeks of marijuana once you step in and they want to charge you 10k over the asking price on all their cars. No price on the internet is honored because they hit you with bogus fees.  Most of their cars were in bad car accidents and with bad car faxes.  When they tell you the car is in the shop getting detailed, it really means in the body shop being fixed because it's a crashed vehicle purchased dirt cheap.  Capital one approvals are not honored.  I don't know or understand how this place is allowed to run as a legitimate business.
