Manny was professional, on time, and very upfront with me from start to finish. I initially called to check on availability of a vehicle listed on their website because my commute was over an hour from the dealership. They were quick to schedule a test drive and work with my schedule. Manny was professional with my wife and son who joined me at the dealership taking time to speak with them as well. After completing financing paperwork I was met by another professional in their company who walked me step by step over every page in the contract explaining every detail. I drove off the lot with a 2013 Chevy Silverado and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I have had this truck for about a month now servicing all fluids and I can tell this truck was serviced by their mechanics and not just flipped from one dealership to another. I just bought a 2007 Toyota Corolla here. Dave worked with me and he was such an awesome guy. No pressure at all and let me take as much time as I needed to make my decisions. He was also very friendly and personable. I've only had the car for a day so we'll see how it holds up over time, but the experience I had here at this dealership was pretty good. And they take care of their cars. I did not have an uneasy feeling the instant I got here like at previous dealerships when I was still looking. So a big thanks to Dave especially for helping me find what I wanted/needed and for being so great :
What a refreshing experience! We just helped our daughter buy a car today and Brandon was incredible. She was nervous about the whole process and he really put her at ease. He knew what she was looking for and had keys in hand and was ready to answer all her and our questions. No pressure at all, he was just there to help. We went to another car place before and this was a breath of fresh air. This is the second car we have bought from Bayside and both were the quickest paperwork experience we have had too. Avoid if you can. I experienced sass, arrogance, some incompetence, and some ignorance, and a call hang-up when trying to work through a difficult issue described below. I did buy a vehicle here. Know that there is a mandatory $500 up-charge beyond the listed price for a window etching that is only disclosed when asked for a final out the door quote. If you have good credit, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. They seemed challenged to professionally deal with a client with good credit roughly 800. I was seemingly asked to provide details that were only necessary for folks in tougher credit situations. The end result of this was some delays in getting out the door on sale day. The difficult issue: The vehicle I purchased unfortunately had a broken transfer case diagnosed after the fact. Unfortunately, the short test drive was insufficient to root that issue out prior to the sale, but it was immediately evident upon leaving the dealership. If you test drive a car here, do two or three laps, find some hills, etc. Knowing that the car was bought 'as-is', at the same time I wrote a portion of this review, I did reach out to Bayside on this issue and they did offer to have their mechanic investigate and were open to considering covering the repair which sounded promising. Due to dissatisfaction with the review, talks ceased. I remain open and willing to discuss further with Bayside.
This place is a ripoff. They sold my fiancé a car that had the wrong size battery in it. This happened today and the airbags didn’t go off. They overcharge and do t care about their customers at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever
When I went in, I didn’t have the best credit but they made me feel better by working with me and trying to get me into a car as soon as they could. I got approved for a Toyota Camry! I was missing a small part of the car but I informed them and they fixed it as soon as possible, without charging me anything the car was sold as is. I appreciate the effort and work here and I 10/10 recommend ! :
If you're looking for a new or used car. I definitely recommend going to Bayside. Sammy is such a sweetheart, professional, upfront and very honest. She works with such an amazing team. They helped me with my new/used car. Got me approved right away. They're absolutely by far the best team to work with! Thank you Sammy!!
Complete and total frustration with this dealership. I bought my vehicle from this out of state dealership. My salesman Tim was helpful but only because of the cash deal. As soon as he had his cash in hand, he did not return my calls or emails. The car was shipped to my home without any paperwork and NO temporary registration! I could not drive it when it arrived. Next. My salesman lost my KEY FOB! They made my shipper wait close to 2 hours to make a temporary hard key with NO KEY FOB due to cost! It arrived with the hard key and I have to open and lock the doors at night with a hard key! I called Tim, no answer. I called Brock who said he would only contribute 100 dollars yet he is no where to be found! I have been diverted, hung up on . Such poor business practices and poor professionalism. No integrity here! They just collect your money but don't follow through on legitimate issues. All to save a few dollars ! Buyer BEWARE!
