Isabella's Chocolate Café

Amazing coffee and maybe the best cookies I have ever had however service is quite slow. The BLT sandwich was pretty good too. Very fresh ingredients. It is always quite busy and there is seating but it wouldn't be quite comfortable to sit with a line up of people standing around up. Not a huge space.

I've been visiting this gem of a cafe ever since I moved to Oshawa. The location is cozy, clean and inviting. The owner is a fantastic baker, creating delicious, high quality baked goods. Her staff are friendly and professional. She bakes the most incredible scones you will ever taste. I requested an order for the crew on my wedding day and everyone was very impressed with how delicious the scones were. She makes her own chocolates! So yummy! I noticed that she also caters to local businesses for meetings, etc. One of the only cafes in Durham region to offer Sloan Tea brand. Only negative thing I can think of is that this place isn't open 24/7!

First time. First impressions of the place - very good, nice decor and good feel. Service was lacking. No smile, not welcoming, impatient and I found that very very inappropriate. Sandwiches were okay. Be a bit more welcoming. Treat everyone with good service - you might find business will increase. Will unlikely go back because of service.

We stopped by here yesterday on the way East to get some coffee and it was a great decision. So my golden rule of judging coffee shops is how they do their Americanos and WOW! this is the best Americano I have had in a while, and probably ever. T H I C C and Frothy, both my friend and I got a large coffee and we were both savoring the coffee not wanting it to finish. The closest you can get a coffee like this is probably downtown TO. Definitely going back here, even if it is out of my way.
