I have had the pleasure of working with Jon Arnold both personally and professionally. I am a dancer by training and also a physical therapist. I love to run and do Pilates but lifting weights is something I've NEVER thought about doing and always shy'd away from. After encouragement from Jon I thought I'd give working out with him a try and I am so glad I did! First of all, the exhilaration and self-pride from being able to lift real weight and watch myself progress each week was pretty awesome. I also felt great, had more energy during the day, and slept like a baby at night. Jon is a super-motivating, careful and mindful trainer - something I can really appreciate as a physical therapist. Since then, I've had the opportunity to share clients with him and I love that he is open to collaboration. To me, this is a testament to how much he cares about the well-being of his clients.
