Iris Day Spa - White Rock

I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the customer service, during my visit it was fine to me. It $50 for an hour, you won’t beat that price anywhere. My masseuse was skilled and she was really strong for a small lady. I left a $10 tip and she was happy. So I do recommend this place to anyone on a budget. If you don’t wanna tip, it’s the same thing as not tipping at a restaurant, you just have to be comfortable with those awkward interactions.

$50 sounds cheap for a 1 hour massage but you get what you pay for. Very unsatisfied with massage. She was on phone part of time. Massaged only back of body. Wasn't relaxing Won't be going back.

Really bad massage , they are liars .. they are not good , don’t go to their white rock location … very very very bad service.. i will give them big zero.. very very bad … They do not know how to do massage They don’t even deserve 1 star BIG ZERO

It's good for the most part but there's only two good ladies there that know what they're doing. Perhaps the other ones could be better trained that's it other than that it's good

Cheap massage but they ask for a certain amount for a tip. Very un professional.

Emily is great and I always feel more relaxed after coming here. She's wonderful at finding the sore spots and releasing the tension. Keep in mind that this is a budget friendly spa and not a luxurious experience. These are not RMT's. If you're looking for an affordable way to relax, relieve stress and sore body points, you won't be disappointed!

My reservation wasn't in their system. Luckily so I had thought there was a cancellation and someone took me. She kept texting at first while sort of massaging with one hand. The communication felt cold and so I just gave up. I wasn't happy so I tipped the bare minimum. She demanded more.

It is a small and unassuming place. You may in fact mistake it for one of those disreputable Asian massage places. But that is not the case. I have problems with a rib that slips out of my back and I got very good treatment on it by a tall young woman named Doris. The massage was incredible. It was not as mechanical and brutal as your typical rmt massage nor was it the oddly sensual massage you get in some of the Asian places. I don't think I've had anyone give me that good of a massage in a long time and I get one at least once a month. Also, the prices are very good. I have paid a couple of hundred dollars for a massage that wasn't as good as the one Doris gave. And they charged me $63 for 90 minutes.

Receptionist was really pushy and expected pymt to be in cash and a certain amount of tip.. won't return to this location because the massage was meh and the service overall was disappointing.
