Brazilian Wax Goddess / Waxbox.ca - Waxing, Lashes & Microblading

I absolutely love the waxing experience here. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rachel and Jessica are the two wonderful ladies who've helped me in the past. I didn't have much experience with brazilian before and they made it all seem so easy and painless.

Terrible experience. They do not answer their phone. I called to reschedule multiple times and no one picked up. When I was finally able to contact someone I was told that the new appointment time was fine. Despite confirming the appointment online as well I was told the lash technician had left when I arrived. There was no attempt to reschedule once I was there there was no one at the front desk, I had to walk upstairs and knock to finally be greeted hastily and dismissed. Terrible customer service.

This is by far the BEST wax bar. The whole experience is superb. Spotlessly Clean, friendly, funny, professional. Jen is my go to for waxing and Mila does the best manicure and pedicure. All the gals are a hoot to chat with and have a fun working relationship. I imagine they are all awesome! The Waxbox is a fun atmosphere and is beautifully located in White Rock in close proximity to the beach. I'd be surprised if there was anything to complain about. I Love this place!

GREAT location, friendly, professional staff. Quick and easy. Would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting a wax!
