This place is basically just a trap in the community. You should never trust this people. They are not honest at all. They charge you a lot for default parts. I dropped my laptop for diagnose. Next thing they will do is just giving you a call and asking you to pick up at $450 charge without any communication. Would anyone let them to break your laptop again if your device been fixed but you don’t want their services? When you try to discuss with the staff and the owner, Bonnie, they are just being so rude. They simple don’t expect you to come back next time which is very okay to them. Lol. Is this how they show their respect and honesty. Do not go for default parts, my laptop had same issue again after two month. Trust me! You do not want to go there for the same headaches.

My colleague recommended I bring my surface pro to these guys for repair when my screen was cracked. The person that helped me was Kale, he was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions promptly and was helpful. They gave me a quote, I sent in my tablet, it was fixed in 1-2 days and they shipped it back to me. I was very happy with their service.

Good store in the case they can fix your problem, but they will not care for any incidents caused fixing the problem. Let me share my experience: had my screen fixed no problem with one guy, call "A". I noticed the flashlight button wasn't working, so I went back in next day and asked to fix it. This different guy, called "B", was working on it and couldn't fix it so he replaced it with an after-market screen instead of OEM. The flashlight was working with this after-market screen. However, the lights were different, the phone was much thicker, and the battery was draining tremendously quick. I went back in and another guy, call "C", was there and this guy did not help at all. I was telling him it was likely that this is an after-market screen because of those problems I had. He said there would be no way to tell, and it says I payed for OEM therefore OEM. Furthermore, he laughed at me for other things I were purposing about it. I told him I would come back to find the other guy, guy "B". I came back in the other day and guy "B" replaced the screen for with an actual OEM screen and did admit that he placed an after-market screen. Given the flashlight button didn't work, everything else was fine, the battery was no longer draining very quickly as I explained. Didn't have much of a problem with guy "A" but the service I had with guy "B" clearly wasn't great, as my battery performance has dropped significantly since. Lastly, experience with guy "C" felt quite humiliating and clearly just wanted my money as he purposed to change my battery for a fee instead, which was not the problem. TLDR: they changed my screen, minor problem occurred so they gave a cheaper screen when I paid for OEM. Had terrible battery problem to which they offered a battery replacement. Eventually got the screen replace to OEM then everything was fine. Don't know why they offered to suggest to change the battery in my reply and said it was working "perfectly" fine. Given, the battery performance is low, but its useable with the OEM screen. Not with that after-market though.

Really love this place , fixed my dead iphone without losing any data. Tried several places but all failed, only this guy made the phone back to live. Thank you Kale, you are the only one I love to come for any electronics issues. Will recommend irepex to all my friends.

Went for a screen replacement and was able to get it fixed in two days. As the part I needed was not produced in Canada, they had to place an order for shipping, so that it took a little more time and price$280 in my case compare to others' usual requests. The price may not be the lowest, but it seems reasonable considering their professionalism, high quality parts, and efficient services. If there is anything that need to be repaired, I am willing to visit this place again.

I 100% told the guy on the phone iPad Air 5th gen screen and even gave him the serial number and he tells me $190. I show up to the store and the 2nd employee says $300 cause the first employee gave the wrong quote 5th gen price, not air . The 2 employees start arguing with each other and I hear the first employee saying “I think the 5th gen screen will work the same for the air.” The 2nd employee disagrees and offers $255 instead he offered a $45 discount cause he knows they messed up. I ask for the original promised price for $190 and he says no so I leave. Next time actually listen on the phone, give a proper quote and stop blaming the customer for your own mistake.

Today was my fourth visit to this store over the last decade. I took in 2 older iPhones to have new batteries installed. Mission accomplished. I paid full price $60 each plus HST for this service. Kale continues to impress with his open and honest guidance. I only wish more small business owners understood the value of being honest. it's the only way to get repeat business! Thanks!!
