The staff was both professional and pleasant. I came in, told them the issue in my case the cooling assembly and they said they would take a look and do some diagnostics to make sure it didn't need replacement. When it turned out it was indeed a broken fan as I expected, they contacted me to make sure I wanted the full repair before ordering the parts. The entire process was quick and painless and was much cheaper than I expected after doing some research online from similar service. Never going anywhere else with my computer repair, highly recommend!
Fast, high quality and cheap service in Toronto. Fixed my broken laptop in an hour. The employees are very friendly. If you have problems with your phone or laptop I advice you to attend Uphill Wireless.
Most reviews here seem as if they are written by friends or employees of the company. Had to wait in excess of 3 hours at their location to have my phone fixed - front facing camera is blurry, very unprofessional service, scared to take my phone back there and will be going through Samsung instead.
