Bad. Avoid this place. For $16 it's a terrible. The beef is low-quality Same cheap beef as Subway beef and salty. 60% of the platter is rice and maybe 15-20% is meat. They don't even bother giving you a full piece of bread and cut it in half. The washroom is also dirty and gross. Even for a plaza store, it's bad.

This is a solid option if you're looking for a meat + rice type of meal without going to Lazeez. Very reasonable prices.

Portions are fairly large, but the actual food isn't anything special. I just felt like the favouring relied too much on the sauce and hummus. The falafel was bland to me, but the texture was decent. This is a good option if you're super hungry and need something quick.

Upbeat place offering loaded potatoes, shawarma poutine, platters and wraps with freshly-baked bread. Some seating available. Good value when items are on special or on-par with plaza food at normal prices. A solid addition to the University plaza! POTATOES: Haven't tried the loaded potatoes yet. PLATTER: The platter has the best of everything here. Fries/rice, shawarma with sauces, 2 sides garden salad, hummus or cabbage salad and half a piece of freshly baked bread. Their hummus is so-so. Mostly tastes like tahini. Everything else was great! Expect to pay $12-13 normally on special $10 all in. POUTINE: Shawarma poutine was good with fries, cheese curds, gravy, chicken or beef and choice of sauces house garlic sauce, house hot sauce, spicy mayo. The house hot sauce deserves a shout out for being so flavourful! Plan a nap after eating this. SANDWICH/WRAP: Shawarma sandwich was served on freshly baked bread which is absolutely delicious. The amount of meat changed from opening week generous and after opening reduced portion. Could add more veggies. Sometimes the chicken is greasy. Get it with house garlic sauce and hot sauce and add turnips too. Reasonable cost at 6.99+tax on special 6.99 after tax. Great falafel special 5.99 before tax. Would order again.

Been going to these guys for awhile now. Talk about good value and serving sizes they make the best shawarma poutine. We also had the shawarma Jr platter. Thank you so much

Halal food. One of my favorite shawarma places among the plethora of shawarma places in the area. Great meat, sauces, freshly baked bread, and sides. Food is ready made on rotation, so don't have to wait. Limited seating inside.

Shawarma plate .. 5 stars for Taste , portion size , well cooked and seasoned chicken , flavorful rice , pita chips , hummus ! Priced reasonable . Better tasting food compared to other shawarma joints .

Really solid veg meal if you get Falafel sandwich $5.99 with fries and pop combo $2.99, comes to around $10.15 after tax. Only issue is sometimes they don't add enough sauce. Fries are really nice, almost like Costco fries. Ask for garlic sauce on fries.
