Great shop! This store is really cool and they have a good selection of Seiko watches. I really like the automatic watches and the owner is really good at working on watches and custom fitting new straps like the one in my photo. I have had a few good experiences here, It really feels like an authentic watch store for watch enthusiasts.

They did an amazing job of servicing my 63 year old mechanical watch at a reasonable price. It was all done via mail since I live in NL but I was surprised how quickly the project was done! What a fantastic company!

I had a bunch of watches that I needed battery replacements for, as well as one old and sentimental watch that needed more intermediate fixing. Danny was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through the process of what it would take to fix, as well as the cost. I was extremely happy with the job both he and his Grandfather did. Love being able to wear all my watches again and will be coming back again for any other watch needs!

5 stars from me for the service level the guys provide here for watch service and repairs. I recently bought a Citizen watch that needed band adjustment basically cutting, since it’s a silicone one. Danny was helpful right from the word go. He informed me about the price upfront and proceeded to adjust my band. Incredibly, we started a conversation about French Revolution, can you believe it? I’d 10/10 recommend this shop for all your watch related needs!

Quick, professional and affordable service. The repairman has a fantastic and very friendly personality and will take care of your watches with love and care. I took my watches to change the batteries, not only the batteries were changed, I was also advised on the condition of my watches, which is very much appreciated. 100% recommend this place.

Amazing spot for watches and repair. The service is exceptional. I came in to merely replace a battery in my Armani and they even gave me the exact power consumption measurements and how long it would last based on that. The whole process took less than 15 min which was very handy.

Hisao Yokota and his apprentice are the best in the business. They do great work, good value and also their guarantee the work.

The fellow who runs this place is a watch genius who worked for Seiko and Rolex. He was able to repair a 15 year old Tag which another shop had damaged replacing a battery. They never told me, but he found the damaged date gear. Place looks sketchy on the outside but the guy's really good.
