The worst customer service I have ever encountered in 20 years of dealing with any business in the service industry. After a confrontation with the manager Jason who refused to give me my daughter's debit card, $80 went missing from my account. They also closed my 9 year old daughter's bank account with no notice sending her a letter about breach of contract cause she let me help her with her deposits. This organization is a complete JOKE!!

New Bank. Called them this am to ask about setting up a small business account. Was told to come in and see someone to get started, but had to be there before 4:00, as they close at 4:30. I took 3 hours off of work to go and set this up. Arrived at 2:50, and was told they are closing soon and this takes too long to set up. Was told to take papers home, fill out and then make an appointment with them. We looked around the new building, not a sole in there, however, 2 employees talking to one another, 2 on computers, and another one on their cell phone. Pathetic...would never recommend this bank to anyone and they have just lost a business account. Disgusting.
