Inter Coupe Monsieur

I purchased a $49 groupon for this salon. Soon after I received a phone call from the salon saying they could not honour it because the app did not work. Victor invited me to come for the appointment saying he would fix it on the spot. I came in and he said I would have to deal with it myself. He told me to contact them grouponand when they contacted him he would tell them to give me a refund. I did exactly that and shortly after that I receive an email saying Victor refused to grant me the refund! I was totally shocked. He kept the money! Victor was rude and condescending. He misled and lied to me. This was one big headache. Please do yourself a favour and stay far away from this establishment. Victor is not a nice person. He says he is religious Jew all the while stealing from honest hardworking clients. Shame on you VICTOR for STEALING and LYING. It was a horrible experience. There are plenty of good salons in MONTREAL with kind owners who treat their clients with respect. Stay away from VICTOR and INTERCOUPE and do not buy anything from GROUPON for this hair salon as he will keep the money for himself.

Stay away from this place. Couldn't get a refund for unprovided service! Wasted time and coupon. I went there using Groupon. This salon wanted to charge me more. I disagreed and the guy on reception said: go and take a refund from Groupon. I couldn't get a refund from Groupon, because the owner never confirmed through email that he has provided me with, even if I asked him several times by phone and email, that the service wasn't provided, but he quickly redeemed my coupon! It's a scam and I don't recommend this salon to anyone. Also, felt quite disrespected there. Worst experience so far with Groupon and will never use them both again.

Best hair Salon ever! Judy is a superb hair stylist! Went last week for my bday to treat myself and got a beautiful short haircut. She even did some beautiful waves with no additional charge! Will be going back soon!

I couldn't be happier with the fine people at Intercoupe! Judy made me feel great about my hair, that had been previously damaged by another salon. She gave me a cut and conditioning treatment that restored my hair to it's natural health! My hair has never been so soft and shiny and the price was on point!

Judy did a wonderful job on my hair and my sister’s hair. She was patient and gave us helpful tips. I usually have a hard time finding a good hair stylist due to my thick curly hair. But Judy is a pro!
