INSYNC was recommended by 2 of my health care practitioners. Chiropractor & Message, both are top in their fields. I have had 2 sessions with Will & right away was feeling relief. Will was thorough, knowledgable & communicated great & positive to me giving me real encouragement that i would be able to get back to 100% feeling good & pain free. He used several techniques. I have had several injuries from sports in the past & lacked in strength & my hip & back was bothering more than in the past & I was out of alignment & really struggling to get back... As I type today I am having one of the best days yet as I have been strengthening everyday and using some of the INSYNC videos on the INSYNC You Tube channel that are reminding me of the exercises Will had showed me at our appointments which are assisting me with relief & better alignment & strength! Thank-you Will & the INSYNC team for caring & helping me get on the path to recovery! Sincerely, Matthew

I went to Will Seto with terrible back pain, and after one treatment I noticed a major difference and knew I was on the road to recovery. He is professional and takes time to assess and treat me thoroughly. I will continue to see Will in the future as I know I am in good hands, and would recommend him to others. Heather has been amazing with my treatments so far. Her approach to different modalities in helping relieve my symptoms have been helpful. I highly recommend her.

I came in teary eyed with a CT scan of my neck showing severe osteoarthritis. A shock as I unknowingly had been suffering for years. At my wit’s end with 24/7 pain. The IMS, physio & massage treatments I receive here have helped me beyond words. Pain no longer steals my joy. Thank you Heather, Wil, Joy, Michelle and the rest of the Insync team.

Working as a dentist sometimes means experiencing back, neck and shoulder problems and pain. Will Seto at Insync Physio is super knowledgeable and has great chair-side manners. He has been vital in removing my back and shoulder pain and keeping me doing what I love.
