I’m only putting 1 star because I can’t put 0. Madison did my hair, I went and asked for highlights, and she gave me a balayage ??? When I told her I didn’t like how it looked, she was rude and blamed me and my hair for how it looked. As if it was my fault she did not know how to make proper highlights. She also told me she was not gonna use bleach, but then she did and now my curls are ruined. She was extremely rude and she did not even offer the money back because this was NOT what I paid/asked for and did not bother to properly offer to fix it. She was very condescending. So customer service also 0 stars. I can’t talk on behalf of the other stylists, however I am sure if I had gone with them they would’ve definitely done a better job on my hair.

Quaint little hair stylist shop in the heart of saint john. Pam is awesome. Prices very reasonable.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Pam is fabulous and is great with kids. She stays on top of all the latest styles and doesn't pressure you into something you don't want. The staff also takes part in alot of community events, like "The coldest Night of the Year" raising funds for homeless.

Pam has been my hairdresser for years, and she is professional, accommodating and always pleasant. She takes a personal interest in all her clients, and her work is amazing. I have no reservation recommending anyone to this quality service.

Love this salon. I go to the same girl, Shelly and she know just what I want and gets it right Every time. The rest of the staff are friendly and their customers always seem happy when they leave. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend you try them out.

I will go to no other hair salon! They are all such professionals. The salon is warm and very friendly. Paul Ouellette is a magician with my hair. He has won awards for his work. The staff are very skilled and very sweet.
