David was great to work with. He was extremely quick in his responses and provided me honest and constructive answers to questions to find a box selection that fit what I was looking for in the budget I was working with. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend them for anyone's packaging needs.
Quality of the boxes are good but if you’re going to name your company INSTAbox, at least make the processing INSTA as well, not just the box. For example, taking almost 2 months to respond back to my inquiry on what sizes you have in stock.
Horrible service. Takes them FOREVER to get back to us when all we needed to know is what box sizes they had in stock.
I am 100% happy with the service I received at Instabox in Calgary. The staff listens to you and they work fast. I had my product made and in my hands in less than two weeks. Very impressed. Ty
