Insomnia Cookies

HORRIBLE. I tried calling them more than 5 times for a simple order and not one person picked up. I even tried using their own website but that was horrible also considering it glitches and wouldn't let me pick a time for my delivery to arrive. For the amount of effort and money being put into their cookies and ice creams it's not worth it AT ALL. Their cookies are dry and ice cream is bland. Who ever owns this business seriously needs to step up. Cookie jar will always be my favorite cookie store in bg.

I hesitated buying cookies from here because I read a lot of bad reviews that they were "too expensive" or "too small" but I stayed with my boyfriend one weekend at a university and he suggested we order and they were so good!!!! I can honestly can they were some of the best cookies I've ever had! So warm and gooey and FRESH! Highly recommend! I even had one cookie leftover (bc they were not "too small" and I couldn't finish all at once) a day or two afterwards and it was STILL good, not stale or anything.

Walmart sells a better tasting cookie. All i could taste we're chemicals and/or terrible tasting ingredients. the cream on the inside did have a good flavor. she gave me a "petite" sized ice cream when i asked for the smallest serving possible. i paid 3$ for literaly 5 bites of ice cream that had zero flavor. my no added sugar breyers had more flavor than the cookies and cream i had there.

We ordered a 6 pack of cookies. Came out to be almost 12 dollars and they never arrived!! I'm so disappointed!

The food is pricey and the customer service is shotty, but the cookies, brownies, and ice-cream are good.
