Insomnia Cookies

I love this so much. I ordered and it was here in about 15 min. They forgot a part of my order it's cool whatever every one makes mistakes. I called not 2 min later and they said they would have my missing item it have been over an hour and a half and still no delivery I called them back and they just keep making excuses so yes 5 stars for freshness and speedyness on origanal order but 0 stars on the missing item redeliver.

The customer service for the night shift here is the WORST. Employees are rude, and if you ask for fresh cookies, they have a fit. They'd rather sit and watch Netflix (yes, I've seen their computers with Netflix open). If you do ask for fresh, they lie about it and tell you that they are, when they clearly are cold and hard. If you get them delivered, it's just as bad, even if you ask for them fresh. Most of the dayshift people are amazing, and they are always willing to make fresh cookies with a smile on their faces. But the rudeness of the night shift people is appalling, which makes me not want to eat here anymore

I love these cookies so dang much. My roommates and I always decide to gain 10 lbs once a month and order a nice big phat box of heaven-in-your-mouth! The delivery drivers are kind and the speed of arrival is pretty average. I would not suggest ordering these cookies if you are hangry. Order them before time so they arrive in time.

Great cookies, if you can get them fresh. I would recommend only buying them during peak hours or right as they open. Otherwise you might get some old cookies

A novel place, I suppose they fill a niche, a bit pricey though.
