I used to work here, I agree with a lot of the negative reviews posted here. The food is pretty good and the people are fairly friendly but you'll often be waiting a long time for your food, and there's a good chance it'll be cold by the time you get it. The way orders are delivered needs to be changed and the prep station needs a warming table to keep sandwiches warm.

Finally had excellent service at the Mt. Pleasant location.  Customer service and care of the product separates good from great.  Thank You for being great this morning!

Bagel and cream cheese selection is varied... Coffee is hot but a bit watery. Not the best bagel, but not bad.

This is my favorite bagel place. They have amazing $50 coffee cup with unlimited coffee for the entire year. They have amazing sandwiches made out of bagels.

I've been to several bagel shops and Big Apple Bagels is my wife and I favorite place to go. We're from out of state, so it's even more special when we can get up here and enjoy a great bagel and special cream cheese.
