Insomnia Cookies

So let me start off by saying that the quality of the cookies is incredible. I’ve had all of their permanent deluxe cookies and they are always great quality. My deduction of a star comes from this particular location. The most recent time I went in there 12/3/22 the girl working behind the counter was clearly high as a kite. The location also did not have their seasonal/limited edition cookies even though they advertised having them online and IN THE STORE. I highly recommend their deluxe chocolate chunk, deluxe salted caramel, and deluxe confetti. All amazing. Soft and gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside. Will still go back even though the location itself irritated me.

Good cookies that I want to give a higher score, but the selection was limited when I visited due to technical issues they were having. I wanted to try their vegan cookies but had to settle which is a word I use lightly because I actually enjoy them a lot l for the chocolate chunk cookies. Another improvement they could make, given they carry a selection of lactose-free cookies and a lactose-free ice cream, is to carry at least one type of lactose-free or non-dairy milk. I look forward to going back again. They're seriously good cookies. Gooey and sweet.

This place was so good! And the people working there were super nice. You will not be disappointed in their cookies. The cookies were served nice and warm even almost at closing time! I didn’t even have time to take a pic of the cookies cause they were soooo good. Reasonably priced too!

Ordered cookies to be delivered at noon today for my son’s birthday. I received an email saying there was a delivery issue and to please call. Attempted to call the number multiple times during the day and after being on hold for a few minutes the phone would disconnect. Finally just got through and the call center clerk indicated it was NOT a delivery issue but rather was a store issue. The store was not able to make cookies. If they had communicated properly and timely I could have placed an order with another bakery to honor my son on his birthday. Disappointing and terrible customer service

I waited an hour and a half to receive a 6 cookie delivery which i placed at 8:45, not an unreasonable time when I live 5 minutes away. Customer service at the time was terrible, not helpful, and hung up on me the first time I tried to call. It was not until I called 12 hours later that a representative actually respected and understood my situation. I would not recommend ordering from this location to anyone.

Best cookies around. Best relief for a stressful day. Or for a birthday gift. Lately they are slightly burned..minus 1 star. But still the best

Good cookies! It’s always been pricy but they just increased all their prices even more. Notice that a deluxe cookie pack costs $1.25 than buying a la carte and that upgrading two classic cookies to a wich + ice cream is a $4 upcharge, then suddenly jumps to an $8 upcharge to for deluxe cookies. Not only is it absurdly overpriced, it doesn’t even make sense!

Warm cookies that taste fantastic. What else needs to be said. Try the Deluxe cookies &/or the icing icing great for the sugar cookies and others cookies. My favorite cookie is the Salted Carmel. It's amazing!!! Hope this cookie becomes a regular thing. I park across the street. Also, place order online. Parking ends up costing me nothing. I'm out of the delivery area. However, well worth the drive. Some customers are upset over the prices. Please remember the store is sitting on prime restate, plus over head cost.

Cookies are very delicious and soft and melty! Unfortunately that makes them nearly impossible to dip in the frosting without getting super messy. I hope you'll start including forks and napkins but I have no regrets!
