These cookies are delicious. Served warm, so flavorful and worth the trip! Went to get a 12 pack for desert for our family after getting dinner in the area, smelled the cookies down the street and we are glad we followed our noses! I will forever compare peanut butter cookies to theirs, best I've ever eaten! Still soft 8 hours later, they didn't last much longer than that so I can't comment further. Yum!
We put in an order for 300 cookies for our wedding and everyone was RAVING about them. My husband called about the order to confirm we were all good since there were so many and they guaranteed us everything would be perfect and it was! The cookies were picked up on our actual wedding day and my husband was even able to pick them up an hour early. I would recommend this location and cookies to anyone!
Stopped by after a yummy dinner and had a lovely experience. Was debating the red velvet and the deluxe cookies. The server ensured that we had the best options available! Loved the red velvet! Thanks so much!
The cookies in my 8 pack were cold/stale. The driver left them outside without handing them off for me to check. To also expect a tip before services rendered is super sketchy. I've gotten great cookies from this location several times and am wicked disappointed
If I hadn't had good experience with them in the past this would have been a 1 star review. Ordered a box of 6 and 2 scoops of Ice Cream. It came an hour late, was barley a scoop of Ice Cream in the wrong flavour and gave us regular cookies vs the 2 vegan ones ordered. Which if they had called us about we could have figured something outour. Overall I am disappointed that the quality has dropped so much in the past few visits and this last time was the icing on the cake...
Awesome cookies. Friendly staff. GF & Vegan options. All cookies are served warm & fresh. Ice cream available. They also deliver & are open wicked late! Awesome staple in Kelly Square. Try it and thank me later!
This was so horrible! I paid 28$ for some cold old cookies! They didn’t bring the ice Cream and it took 2 hours to arrive! Oh and the horrendous customer service is the highlight of anyones Saturday Night…..said no one ever!! Get your stuff together Insomnia!! You lost yet another customer!!
I got a scoop and a cookie, it was actually really good. The only issue I had was the employee placed the order on a plate and in a box. I asked for a cup, and was told that was not possible. Just weird how ice cream is being served to go on a paper plate.
The quality of cookies and ice cream is better. The parking is an issue though. It is jam packed from 8pm-11pm and the store is small with one entrance and exit. Entrance is wheelchair accessible. Its definitely gotten better since the past when cookies were just crisp and no chew. The ice cream used to be melted and refrozen tasting. Now the cookies are a proper thickness and the ice cream looks legit.
Great cookies delivered quick and warm. Delivery driver Elvis was friendly and caked right as he arrived.
