Was referred through Costco for home insurance; had an unusual home to insure and other companies either didn't want to be bothered or had a huge premium that was completely disconnected from value and risk. Broker's quote ended up being less than half what I had been quoted before and much closer to what I had been expecting in light of the property value + bonus was that there was a large jewelry theft coverage that was included (10x the size of other insurance policies I had seen). So quite happy!

Changes were made to my policy without my permission and coverage was not there when I needed it. Terrible customer and they hung up on me!!

Really great insurance company for new drivers. I was unable to get coverage from other companies after I bought my first car (or my monthly payments would be more than a mortgage payment). Inova covered me for a fair price until I was able to establish myself as a safe driver, and then my premium decreased. Their customer service is amazing, and even when I found a cheaper quote elsewhere after 2 years, they still provided great service throughout the cancellation "process" (which was a breeze).
