Instead of asking the mileage or checking my odometer their "expert evaluater" decided he would guess my mileage. Now I can't sell my car because it looks like I rolled back the odometer. Because no one there knows what a carproof is, I had to speak to the owner who said I was complaining for nothing. Don't expect to get a fair evaluation either, and when you do be prepared to take a full day off work because they are too busy to give a time block or call an hour or two before they will show up. Incompetent, rude, bad service, $3500 per year for a 2013 Acura. $4500 of vandalism and they will only pay $1200! 1 star rating says it all, but they only get 1star because you can't put zero.
