We visited in November so I'm sure it's very different in season.  Right across from the ferry . very centrally located to ferry and town. We had a studio apt. which was fine. Had all amenities including coffee. Staff friendly and well informed. Only problem was one day our room was not made up. Couldn't figure out why. If you have disabilities,  be on the first floor.  Also, whirlpool, indoor pool and gym are located on another site, which was not made clear in information we received in mail before we left because if I had known, we would have brought my bathing suits. That I found annoying. But in summer, there's a pool on premises. In general, seems like a good place.

Wonderful location. Great amenities. Staff is amazing. They sell the best kernel free Caramel Corn that all proceeds go to MS. My favorite new place to get away and relax.

Falmouth is a pretty city and this place is right by the water. I went for an informative meeting about timeshare. So I did not get the opportunity to stay the night there but I hope to come back one day.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were impressive with full kitchen and nice bathrooms. Went for a presentation and the woman was nice and didn't pressure us to buy anything.

Me and wife and new born drove 2.5 hours out our way for a presentation to win a free vacation that our 12 year old won. As we arrived we sat down with our rep and discussed what was going to happen and then the rep told the owner something which he did not like which was known of his business anyways. So he came and gave us a exit survey and told us to come back after we spent fuel and tolls to get there with an infant. Which we were NOT interested in his timeshare anyways we just wanted our free vacation and my $20 deposit and a $50 gift card that we were promised after doing a 90 min tour. Owner told me he was only giving me my $20 Back and nothing else so we were upset and he told me to get out and he was calling the police so I told him to go ahead I'll call them myself because you are robbing us. All said and done the lady in the office gave us our gift. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND NASTY.
