Inland Family Care - Three Rivers

Incompetence within this practice is insurmountable. I have never witnessed such deplorable health care. The medical assistants are friendly but that's where the professionalism ends. They make excuses and fables to cover for their mistakes. Dr. Kuhl, while friendly, does not seem to know what she is doing. She fails to interact with specialists outside of the practice and fails to acknowledge the importance of looking at the big picture and does not examine all of the symptoms to make proper diagnosis. Zero trust here. I would not recommend this practice to anyone suffering more than a hang nail or the sniffles.

Dr. Kuhl is laid back and she keeps a level head. I don't need micromanagement of my health, I basically need someone who will listen and then give her opinion and refer out if need be, which she has done twice so far. I have no doubt of her abilities and she really cares about her patients. She has done everything for me that is needed. It's been a much better experience at 3 Rivers than at Elmcare. Elmcare is just about the worst place to go if you want healthcare. The staff at 3 Rivers has always been professional and courteous and always address my concerns.

Dr. Kuhl has no interest in patient care, only pushing tests and vaccines. She doesn't return phone calls and has no patience with you if you don't want to receive the unnecessary vaccines she is pushing. I would give her 0 stars if it was an option
