Worked out great. Angelo was great to deal with and helpful wherever he could be of assistance. I bought the truck sight unseen, I live in Ontario and the dealer is in BC so I had no choice. Angelo took a video and did a walk around, answered all my questions and agreed to pick me up from the airport so I could do the test drive. I flew to BC and drove the truck back to Ontario. Loved the truck and the experience. Would do it again. Great job Angelo. Thanks for your help.

went in there was told I probably can't afford anything by a salesmen and i left went to bannister ford bought a f-350 the same day

Been dealing with them for years. One phone call and any issue I've had has been dealt with as quickly as they can. Parts department is always spot on and always nice to walk in and be recognized by my salesperson. These are the reasons I always come back.

Customer service was below par. Not only could Neil give me no information about my service, he responded agressively/ agitated at my questions. Another example of the company thinking you need them more than they need you. They've lost my service for life along with my coworkers.
