It is not unusual to get anxiety when buying a new vehicle. The team at Browns made the experience seem easy and we had some laughs. Great people and Great Dealership. If someone was looking to buy a new vehicle, I would recommend this dealer
They over charge for there used vehicles, we told them we didn't wanna do anything like credit checks that would effect are credit they said they wouldn't then they go and do a credit check that was supposedly not gonna hurt our credit but it did.. dropped us down 14 points
Took my car in to be diagnosed, told them what’s going on and when I got my work order back it’s exactly what I told them. Paid $100 for them to tell me what I told them and then proceeded to tell me “would recommend diagnosing issue”.. which I brought it in and paid for. Super disappointing and will be going elsewhere to get diagnosis/work done.
Browns Chevrolet has always been a great place to go to purchase & service, just ask for Neil Miller. He is the best sales person that helps the whole time you own your vehicle.
The employees are very helpful especially Lexi Legault-sales person and Sheldon Wilkinson- business manager. They never give up getting us the approval. We really appreciate all the efforts from them. They make sure to give the best to the customers. Thankful we came to the right dealer. Keep it up guys!!!
Some of the worst customer service I have ever had, wanted to charge me $69.00 just to check a code, I have done this when my check engine lite has come on 2 other times and have never been charged, Dawson Creeks Browns Chevrolet you should be ashamed.I was also told by Chevrolet that the Management would reach out to me, they did not.
Fast, friendly service. They have always treated me really well. Service on my vehicle has always been prompt and professional.
Had a very pleasant experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The finance department expedited the sale, was very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Update - After speaking with the Assistant Service Manager we found out we were over charged for labor on a job and we were readily reimbursed for it. Staff are very friendly but it will take a few more visits to ensure we are getting GM service. Updated the star to 3. Not very pleased with the service and a little worried about competence. Wouldn't be right to post anymore until I've spoken with Management
Probably my best experience buying a vehicle. The staff was extremely helpful and was able to put me in a truck for a good price. I dealt with Jack and if anyone is looking to explore vehicle options without feeling the pressure of purchasing, I recommend you go see him. Thanks again Browns, never thought I'd purchase a GM product but ya managed to get to me try it out
