Best optometrist! Dr. Jassar is very professional and really cares about his patients. I was really taken away by the service he provided. The staff at the front also really show that they care about the needs of their patients! Frames are stylish, lenses they order are very comfortable. I would highly recommend going to Infinite Eyecare.
Was a really good experience when I went for the first time! Receptionist we extremely nice and the doctors were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Lowest prices I could find anywhere for people without insurance. Would definitely recommend to anyone who need to get there eyes checked and make sure they are healthy!!
By far one of the best optimistic clinics I’ve visited in Edmonton! Amazing customer service from everyone. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone with any eye care concerns!
I want to be fair with this review. This Dr's office sold me products that I could have gotten from off-the-shelf at a really expensive price. They never advised me that those were not prescriptions. They pretended. I am really disappointed with this office. I thought they had my best interest until my insurance told me that the products they sold me were off the shelf. They are nice people but ask lots of questions because they will cheat you when you least expect it. I do not want 6-months of free eyedrops. What do I need that for? I want a partial refund knowing that you did not tell me my options before doing this.
Amazing service. Doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable. Staff is very kind and thoughtful. The only issue is how much it costs for glasses but I think that is everywhere.
Professional and super helpful staff. Dr.Jassar was explaining diagnostic of eye exam in detail during first visit. he made sure i am aware about health of my eyes and options to improve them. Their lab equipment are very advanced. This place is highly recommended.
I have been a regular customer with them very good customer service to only new customers but adamant on providing any discount. Company lost 1300 dollars worth of sale and a regular customer for lack of negotiation skills. Please look into this.
The doctor is very thorough and describes very clearly what your results are. Staff is friendly. The place is very clean and has a wide variety of pretty frames.
Nice, clean, organized and fast! Went there needing an eye check and left well informed and with new glasses! By the way, they have an amazing selection!
My experience is very positive and had a good reception from the front desk people and to the person itself helping meet my main concern for my visit !
