I called and asked how many inches is their largest round pie. They kept just telling me how many slices there are in each. Frustrating. I ask for the largest one. Then, it seemed very expensive for an 18, and definitely a 16 which some places pass of as large, ha. Anyway, I think to myself maybe its a 20 or 22 which would make sense. I get there and I see its 18. Well it better blow my socks off for what it cost. It is near perfect. Ingredients were nice. Dough good, even crust and cooked just right. Great pizza. Justifiable. good job
Outstanding !!! Bravo Bravo !!! Everything was very very good. We had pick-up & it was perfect. Hot entries were delicious, salads were crisp & cool: stuffed pepper was delightful…
Ordered delivery on Saturday night around 6PM. Expected it to take at least an hour. Driver arrived within 20-minutes. Food boneless wings and a cold sub were both excellent. Hot food was hot and crispy, the sub just fine. Definitely recommend.
They made a eggplant parm instead of a chicken when i made my order. Restaurant was understanding, polite and they fixed my order. Everybody makes a mistake, but a good Restaurant always finds a good solution...and this place has great food.Food: 5/5
Consistently good food. Pizza and wings are great. For the first time I ordered their eggplant parm and wow it was good. And the portion was enough for two people!!
Infernos on Albany Shaker Road is the WORST place of work. The manager Nick ALLOWS one of the employees Rob to call ALL the cooks “Ricky” because they’re Mexican. I quit because of this reason, which Nick found amusing and showed all the current workers my text message stating that was my reason. There was another time when a customer set their purse on the counter and Rob turned to one my coworkers who was African American and said “I wouldn’t set my bag there, not because of you, but some of the other drivers here…” and went on to list all of the other delivery drivers who were not white. Lastly, they do NOT wear gloves while handling your food. Enjoy!
The pizza and wings are good, but their prices have skyrocketed. Two people shouldn't have to spend over $30 to get a 10 cut pizza and 10 wings. We also tried calling 3X around 9 p.m., when they're supposedly open until 10 p.m. The phone just rang off the hook. We are sad to have to find a new pizza place, but the prices just aren't worth it.
Food was 45 minutes late from pre-ordered and promised delivery time. Both pizza and wings were lukewarm at best and wings were greasy and terrible with zero flavor I ordered medium. And driver forgot the beverage! Thankfully, he did go to the store and came back with a replacement. Worst of all was the customer service. Had to call the restaurant to find out status of order per Grubhub and the second time, when I asked the staff member what their compensation policy was on extremely late deliveries, she HUNG UP ON ME. When I attempted to ring back to confirm that’s indeed what happened, the phone rang 20 times and no one picked up. Never will I EVER order from there again!
Only thing decent was the salad, the sub, and the hot wings. Pizza was doughy, the scampi had way too much lemon in it, the garlic parm wings were very dry, the service was terrible. Like, I've had better service at a back yard barbecue. You'll see. And not to even mention the lack of information on the limited menu. Would not recommend unless you feel like being confused and dissatisfied.
Pizza was fine, but the unfair gouging of a loyal, local customer ruined the experience. The website featured a Monday night special of a large 1-topping pizza for $12.99 plus tax. When I called to place my order, I was told that the price had increased and the website had not been updated. Fine, as I know small businesses have had a difficult time this year. However, when I arrived, the chalkboard next to the counter read "Monday special: large 1-topping pizza, $13.99 plus tax." When I brought this to the cashier's attention, she responded by saying that she did not know who wrote that on the board. The fact that there were two incorrect prices quoted before being charged a third, higher price was unacceptable, especially when one of those prices had clearly been written today. As stated earlier, I have been a loyal customer, ordering pizza for my family once a month and supporting a local business. However, I felt that this was disrespectful and will not order from this business again until this situation is rectified.
