As you can see boxes are on the floor. In the New York health department not allowed anything in floor. Dirty boxes than they put pizza inside the box. It is not healthy. Employee’s wears very dirty tshirt they don’t used gloves when they doing pizza.Food: 1/5

Ordered online. Went to pick-up my order, noone greeted us. This lady walked out and scream out what's you're order. I told her, she grabbed the wings, I swipe the card, she said press f1, f2 the buttons where you can add tips, I didn't add tips because I was buying for my 89yr old client. I guess because I didn't tip her she threw the receipt on the table, then threw the chicken wings on the counter. Lord knows if it was for my client I would of asked for a refund. I will never let her order from this location ever again. Her attitude Sucks; her clothing was dirty. Neverrrr again
I ordered a Philly cheesesteak papadia and they put NONE of the ingredients in it. No meat. No peppers. No onions. It arrived with a label saying it would have those ingredients but it’s literally just cheese in there. My brother bought us the food on DoorDash and he feels pretty bad about how badly messed up my order was.
Making a complaint about Bruce, All i did was ask where is my order and he gave me an attitude, didn”t allow me to speak and then continued to hang up on me. Very unprofessional. If Bruce doesn’t like his job then Bruce should not be working there.Service: 1/5

Delicious and hot pizza everytime you order. Very fresh and the dough was the best bread I ever had. The people are always smiling and happy. Waiting time is there on weekends but you cant wait if you want the best pizza in albany as they are so busy. A must try is their Buffalo chicken pizza. Online deals are the best. They have lots of online promotional offers under Special offers section... I could give more stars than 5 . Also try their Garlic Cheesesticks
