Had a big accident last year resulting in financial struggles. Regardless of that IA refused to cover many of my medical and other claims. I understand that people who have group insurance provided by their employer are not IA. priority since they can't switch insurance providers but I feel like IA are taking their clients for granted. And this is not acceptable... even in the insurance world.

Stay away from them at all cost. They invent reasons constantly for refusing claims and when we ask for proofs on why the provider is no longer eligible, they cant provide any.

Worthless, Obsolete, incompetent, unreliable, useless, after almost two months I do not receive any penny still waiting for my 25% salary compensation, they supposed be paid, customer service stinks, they promise you to help you ,when is the other way around they told me on the phone wait a moment please, when I was waiting the person come back like something else that I assist you today ,when they don't even get any help in the first place very dissatisfied and disappointed it IA

Horiblethey took money out of my account without authorization

I be had better service alot better service

Avoid at all cost

their warranties are worthless

This company gives only one chance for candidate to work in it work candidate is allowed to make one IQ test once in a lifetime .. so I advise its clients to give this company also one chance once in a lifetime and then to switch with no regret to another company…
